Our 3rd vintage of Chardonnay, grown from grafts, handpicked and hand sorted. Gin Gin clone. Grown on 2 separate blocks. One on the eastern boundary of the vineyard, the other near the western boundary.
300 cases available in the cellar door. Hand picked and gently whole bunch pressed. Fermented in Burgundy barriques and aged on lees for 10 months, in 30% new well integrated oak. Partial malolactic fermentation.
This is a delicate and elegant Chardonnay coming out of our 3rd vintage on the Forest Grove property.
