The awesomely scenic and wildly remote Great Southern wine region produces fine and elegant Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes for the Howard Park Jeté Brut NV.

Pale lemon in colour with petillant notes of citrus zest, white flowers and meringue. The fine creamy mousse of the palate captures fresh flavours of citrus, red berries and baked apple which is enriched with lemon curd and toasted brioche. A wine rich and full of flavour balanced by a fine, guiding acidity.
