Gentle processing of fruit preceded cold settling and cool fermentation to ensure vibrancy and freshness is retained. The wine was matured for six months on lees and French oak to build texture and complexity before final blending prior to packaging.
Brilliant, pale straw in colour, the wine displays intense primary fruit characters of white peach and citrus combined with hints of roasted almonds, creamy brioche, and subtle toasted oak with vanilla spice. Fresh and full of flavour with stone fruit and lime citrus characters. The long and lightly textured palate combines hints of hazelnut and vanillin derived from a period of yeast contact and oak maturation. Enjoy now, or cellar for 2-4 years.
