A great example of these two classic varieties from W.A.’s cooler vineyard sites, our Cabernet Merlot has ripe berry and blackcurrant fruit flavours beautifully balanced by Frenck oak characters and moderate tannins.
The wine has delicious fresh berry fruit flavours of blackberry & mulberry; the good depth of these fruit flavours are complemented by the slightly ‘chewy’ and lightly drying tannins and gentle acidity which combine to give our Cabernet Merlot it’s good length of flavour. Enjoy now or even more so after a couple of years in the cellar.
