Ingredients:
- 2 parts dark rum
- 5 parts ginger beer
- lime wedges to taste
It’s as easy as this:
Pour the rum over ice in highball and fill with ginger beer. The ginger beer takes a warm bite from the rum while maintaining the integrity of its spice. Squeeze in the lime wedge – personally we love to add loads of lime but that’s your call!
