The controversy is that this Pisco is made at the certified organic Harmans Estate in Margaret River – not in Chile or Peru, both countries are disputing the naming rights.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Harmans Pisco Black
- 30ml lime
- 20ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Ice
Method:
1. Add all ingredients except Bitters to a shaker
2. Add ice and shake hard with ice for 10 seconds
3. Strain into an ice-filled tumbler
4. Add Bitters
